I just started on my second box of Avant-Garden. I have some problems for the time being so it is not so easy to say anything about the result. I have not had any mouth wounds after I started taking Avant-Garden; I used to have a lot of this earlier… I started to use Avant-Garden because I have COPD. I got the diagnose COPD approx. 2 months before I read about Avant-Garden. At the beginning, after I got COPD I was a bit afraid to get an infection. When you have COPD, a cold may easily develop into pneumonia.
I now have a relaxed feeling towards infections and this is very good. I will never stop with Avant-Garden. Another thing that is great; I now have to eat a proper breakfast every morning. I will have no more half pieces of dry toast for breakfast. I hope that I the next time I write to you may tell you that I have not had any colds.
