The Norwegian periodical ”Stopp Kreft” is published by a Norwegian support group for cancer patients. They have discovered that Avant-Garden is a useful product for cancer patients to strengthen the immune systems defence against infections. In 3 major articles in no 1, no 3 and no 4 during the year of 2004 their discoveries were published in their periodical.
 

In no 1 Avant-Garden is presented by Endre Vik as the inventor and by professor Birgitta Åsjø for the medical background for the effect on the non specific and the specific immune systems defence.

In no 3 an American scientifically research confirming Avant-Garden’s effect towards prostate cancer is presented by professor Birgitta Åsjø.

In no 4 the effect of the strengthening of the immune systems defence to cancer patients is presented and this helps them to avoid infections when receiving cytotoxin treatment. Further on Endre Vik is interviewed about the connection between the American research on prostate cancer and the effect of Avant-Garden by the same active substances being present in Avant-Garden but in larger scale than in the American study. This is a confirmation of the effect of Avant-Garden.
